“From the beginning of my consultation, everyone I met or spoke to was helpful and friendly, and the team kept me informed as to what would happen and in what timeline. There could have been some more detail on the cost and insurance payments but a seamless procedure overall during a trying time for everyone. Dr. Bawa is a straight shooter who will look you in the eye and tell you what is going on. The team at the Los Robles Hospital where awesome, and even though the stay was short, it was comfortable. A "Rockstar" of robotic arthroplasty is more accurate. He is compassionate and available to answer questions with this surgery. There are always questions. I was immediately set up with the Get Well Loop, the portal. It is monitored constantly, and I have gotten questions/concerns answered within minutes. If there was a need to see Dr. Bawa, it was arranged immediately. Most doctors have you leave a voicemail which may be answered within 24-48 hours. Everyone on Dr. Bawa's staff is professional and caring. They gave me information regarding the surgery and what to expect. They helped to arrange the in-home nursing and physical therapy. When it was time, they got me into a great outpatient physical therapy facility. From beginning to end, you have a trained team to help facilitate the best possible outcome.
