“The check-in desk staff were friendly and polite to everyone. They were helpful to everyone that approached the front desk. Even the X-Ray tech was very pleasant. Dr. Watt has a very kind bedside manner. He understood what was going on and went beyond my expectations by scheduling surgery sooner than I expected. Someone had just canceled the surgery, and he was aware and offered me that slot. The follow-up staff preparing for surgery were very informative on the phone. The team was very "real"! I did not feel like just another patient.”

“We scheduled an appointment for a second opinion after a doctor recommended surgery on my husband's hands. He has basal thumb arthritis. Dr. Watt is very personable and explained clearly the implications of this condition and treatment options. My husband is a commercial diver requiring skill and strength in his hands to perform his job. Dr. Watt clearly explained all the pros and cons of surgery, which Dr. Watt didn't recommend since hand strength and grip would be affected. We appreciated his honesty and were able to make a decision based on facts. As a registered nurse, I understand encountering surgeons who don't rush to operate, listen to the patient, offer options then allow the patient to decide. He did administer injections using ultrasound, and my husband has had relief of pain. We will follow up as necessary and highly recommend this gentleman should you need an orthopedic consult. Worth the 1.5-hour drive! Most all the staff were courteous.”

“Dr. Watt and staff are always a pleasure. I work in the compliance aspect of the medical field and very particular and probably always ask too many questions, but Dr. Watt never rushes me, nor does his staff. They try very hard o accommodate my strange schedule. The second time Dr. Watt has done surgery on my hand. Was the other side last time. I hope I don’t need his services anymore, but if I do, I would undoubtedly use Dr. Watt.”
