“As I was having trouble with my knee, I consulted a neighbor who had her knee replacement surgery at Carrell Clinic and she mentioned Dr. Paul Peters by name. She told me he was the best orthopedic surgeon she had ever met. As a result of her recommendation, I made an appointment with Dr. Peters. The staff members were courteous and professional, and Dr. Peters visited with me after the X-rays had been taken. He told me exactly the extent of the injury and his recommendation. As I had prior surgery on the damaged knee (and it was bending inward toward the other knee), a total knee replacement did not surprise me in the least. After the surgery, he assigned a physical therapist (PT) to meet me in my home three times per week for the first three weeks. Dr. Peters had a precise schedule after the surgery and I think it worked to perfection. The PT was exceptional as is his Physician Assistant (PA). I would highly recommend Dr. Paul Peters as I do not think anyone is better.”

“Dr. Paul Peters performed bilateral knee replacement surgery for me at the Carrell Clinic in Dallas. The surgery has improved my quality of life tremendously. Prior to having surgery I could only walk about a quarter-mile before intense knee pain and swelling that would limit knee flexing to less than 50 degrees at times. After surgery, with 1 month of physical home therapy, and 1 month of outpatient therapy, I attained full straightening to 120 degrees knee flex which is now in excess of 130 degrees. I golf 3 to 5 times a week now and don't even think about my knees as I have no knee pain. My wife and I love to hike. We relocated to Arizona and have hiked to Devils Bridge in Sedona, Seven Falls near Tucson, Chiricahua Monuments, The Grand Canyon, and Madera Canyon. Dr. Peters has an outstanding group of nurses and assistants and the Carrell Clinic is by far the best care facility I have ever experienced. I would very highly recommend Dr. Peters as he is very professional and extremely skilled with hip and knee replacement. My pain after surgery was very manageable and the great news was it only lasted a few weeks as compared to 10 years of pain due to my procrastination for surgery. I am thankful that I researched and found Dr. Peters for my surgery and hope that my testimony will help others move past any fear of surgery and pain, for a more mobile lifestyle.”
